Our team updates your website during business hours to ensure functionality and security. Our maintenance services cater to your needs, whether it's adding images, removing copy, or adjusting links.

  • New features: Part of the evolving Roadmap partnership includes the ability to add new features to your website as they are announced. Examples of these features include: tint simulators, hotspots, sliders, form updates and CRM integrations!
  • Text Additions or deletions of partner-provided information.
  • Photos: Additions, deletions, and basic retouching.
  • Pages: Additions or deletions using existing page design.
  • Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move, or delete an item in the navigation).
  • Code or HTML Requests: Header/body html changes such as Facebook Pixel, iFrames and Google Tag Manager
  • File downloads: Additions or deletions of PDFs and other documents.
  • Videos: Adding or removing videos such as YouTube or background playing elements.
  • Color and background images: Changes or replacements.

Common questions about partnership

  • Are these website templates?

    No, we custom-build every website from scratch using a robust CMS (content management system).  Your website starts with one of our designs but always ends up being custom-written and designed. We only build unique websites.


    Our monthly packages include a choice of several designs and customizing that design to your packages, logos, colors, design, and style. That is how we keep the price point down.


    If you prefer to have a completely custom website, our pricing starts at $5,500 for a 10+ page website.

  • Can I upgrade my F14 to an F22 package later?

    Absolutely! We can easily adjust your current package with us. Our Support Team will happily guide you through the process.

  • Where is the small print?

    Our full terms of service and contract get emailed prior to any work starting. We are fully transparent, this is not a gimmick. 


    There is a caveat to this pricing and any imagery provided by 8bitcreative. When payment is not rendered for the monthly charge, we will initiate a takedown notice if the bill is not paid in 14 days - the website will go offline. 


    Any images and SEO content is all provided by 8bitcreative and, as such, is not available for you to use elsewhere for other purposes (ie: I like this picture, I want to print it on my banner). 8bitcreative owns the website content and, as such, we do not license it out for other purposes

  • I need to make a change to my website!

    No problem. We have a comment system integration where you can leave us a comment on what change (new pictures, change names, different pricing) you want. 


    There are 6 hours of web development included per year. Additional web time is billed at $135/hour

  • How long does the monthly go on?

    Our goal is to make the monthly payment such an extreme value that no one would want to leave.


    Our monthly price includes hosting, development, website creation, writing, and 30 minutes (6.0 hours/year) of annual website development at your disposal. As such, there is a significant investment on our end. We are so confident you will be happy with our services that we only ask for a 1-year commitment.


    If you prefer to fully purchase your site instead of making a monthly payment, please reach out to us, and we will get you a pro-rata billing (Price of website minus deposit/monthly payments + annual development/hosting + finance charge = final buyout).


    If you wish to enjoy the benefits that go along with the partnership, such as the loyalty program, on-demand support, and website restyle, then just continue your monthly payment. 

  • Does a website build include SEO?

    All of our websites include foundational SEO writing, research, and proper SEO building and creation techniques (alt text, h1, meta descriptions, open graph). This is part of our website building process and is one of the reasons why the sites we build rank so well.


    On-going SEO is an on-going management of technical and content adjustments to your website, blogs, and Google Business Profile. This is an on-going, separate service beyond the website build and is not included. This is for someone who is seeking to rank #1-3 in their Google Map pack and standard search results against their competitors. 


    Our SEO plans typically include 3-12 hours of senior SEO development per month. See the SEO plans page for further information. 

  • What if I don’t have good imagery?

    No problem. We have a few options for imagery that include the use of a free stock image website called Unsplash and Pexels. 


    We have additional partnerships with photographers who have provided photos for free in exchange for licensing, acknowledgment, and links back to their websites.


    It is always recommended to provide your own personal content and imagery to set yourself apart from the competition.

  • What is your experience in detailing?

    We are car people! Not only are we car people, but our main business, 8bitcreative, is a marketing company that specializes in automotive detailing. Our clients include Urable, Autofiber, Chicago Auto Pros and more.


    Additionally, we were co-owners of Oberk Car Care, a compound and polishing manufacturer.
