This role requires a person who enjoys communicating with team members and customers on a daily basis. Every day is filled with customer interaction to manage website development through the entire process; creation to launch.

Here is the nitty gritty

8bitcreative is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for our Client Success Team Member position. This full-time role will require excellent interpersonal and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.



As part of the Client Success Team, you will be responsible for guiding our new clients through our website design process as well as managing billing tasks, questions, and other requests from current customers. As our clients' primary point of contact, this candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and text throughout the workday. 


The ideal candidate for this position has a collaborative working style, is self-motivated to complete tasks quickly and accurately, and has an understanding of basic customer service principles. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with computers and have a high level of competency in Google applications such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar.


This position requires the candidate to be able to work in front of a computer 7-8 hours, 5 days a week, and commute to our Brookfield, Wisconsin office 3 days a week. Because our team works from home Monday and Friday, accountability and personal organization are absolutely essential to this role.

Duties and Qualifications

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Communicates with customers via phone, email, and text message. This is a heavy customer service related position
  • Develops relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty over time 
  • Coordinates with team members to identify daily tasks and responsibilities 
  • Oversees and manages client website design process
  • Creates invoices for services rendered, reviews for accuracy, and sends to clients 
  • Serve customers and accommodate their requests quickly and efficiently
  • Update client software and Google Sheets with accurate customer information
  • Proofread & edit website writing
  • Attend weekly team meetings to stay up to date

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
  • People person with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team on a daily basis 
  • Computer competency and familiarity with the G-Suite Programs 
  • Willingness to learn new software and adapt to technological changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide positive, reliable customer service with a proven track record
  • Must have excellent grammar and proofing skills
  • Trustworthy and dependable nature with the ability to self-manage
  • Able to work in front of a computer for 7-8 hours, 5 days a week
  • Must be able to commute to Brookfield, Wisconsin Tuesday-Thursday


Work Location:

We are hybrid team with a 3-day in office structure, 2 day at-home/remote. Our office is currently located in Brookfield, Wisconsin
