Job Description
CRM Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a highly driven, detail-obsessed CRM Automation Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing agency supporting detailers, PPF, and ceramic coating shops across the country.
You will design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, landing pages, email/SMS campaigns, lead pipelines, and CRM configurations. You should have deep experience with the chosen platform and be capable of translating strategic goals into robust automation that drives measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Contract to Full-Time Hire
Work Location: We are hybrid team with a 3-day in-office structure, 2 day at-home/remote. Our office is currently located in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Description
Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Build and deploy advanced automations from scratch (email/text workflows, lead forms, call triggers, etc.)
- Set up and manage pipelines, opportunities, calendars, tags, and other CRM functionalities for both internal and client-facing accounts
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for repeatable success
- Integrate with websites, lead magnets, paid ads, and third-party platforms (like Zapier, Meta, Google Ads, Stripe, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, writing, SEO, and sales teams to support overall funnel success
- Act as the client-facing lead for GHL onboarding, support, and performance improvement
- Monitor KPIs, suggest improvements, and maintain platform hygiene for long-term success
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years experience building and managing automation accounts (agency-level preferred)
- Proven success in automation building, CRM workflows, and client onboarding
- Comfortable leading and communicating with clients directly via Zoom or Loom
- Proficiency with Zapier, Meta integrations, Google Ads tags, and attribution setup
- Analytical thinker who can interpret data and make performance-based decisions
- Self-starter with the ability to own your role and bring new ideas to the table
- Comfortable working within Slack and Basecamp for daily communication
Growth & Expectations
First 30 Days:
- Create core automations based on existing internal strategy and structure
- Set up a sandbox/test account in the CRM for building and quality assurance
- Document a clear, repeatable SOP for building and managing automations
- Fully own one live client implementation from setup to testing
- Familiarize yourself with internal campaigns (podcast, forms, website leads) to prepare for scaling
60–90 Days:
- Take on 3–5 active client accounts for full implementation
- Develop client-facing resources for onboarding, reporting, and optimization
- Build a repeatable system to scale with minimal friction
- Present 1–2 automation strategies per month to improve ROI and lead conversion
