Job Description

Sales & Client Success Advisor

8bitcreative, parent company of Detailers Roadmap, ranked #301 on the 2024 Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies, is seeking a Full-time Sales Development Manager with a passion for consultative sales and helping small businesses grow through impactful marketing solutions.


This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in the automotive industry. You’ll be responsible for managing a balanced sales pipeline across inbound leads, current client upsells, and reactivating dormant prospects. You’ll also support the client journey by collaborating with our Account Management team to solve challenges and propose value-added marketing solutions that generate real results.


We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of closing sales and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where sales strategy, marketing, and customer success overlap. Job Type: Full-time


Work Location: We are hybrid team with a required 3-day in-office structure, 2 day at-home/remote. Our office is currently located in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Description

Primary Role & Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & New Inquiries

  • Serve as the first point of contact for business owners interested in working with us
  • Provide helpful, honest, and clear communication that aligns our solutions with their goals
  • Educate prospects about our process and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding


Ongoing Client Relationship Development 

  • Connect with current clients to explore how their business needs are evolving
  • Offer thoughtful recommendations for new pages, performance reviews, or site enhancements when relevant
  • Share insights that help clients make informed decisions about their long-term digital strategy


Collaborative Client Support

  • Work alongside our Account Managers to support client journeys
  • Help identify solutions to marketing challenges or areas for improvement
  • Be a proactive, friendly resource during transitional periods or growth phases


Client Follow-Up & Reconnection 

  • Reconnect with previous contacts or leads who expressed interest but didn’t move forward
  • Reach out with new information, case studies, or updates that may now align with their goals
  • Document all conversations and maintain clean, organized outreach workflows


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in consultative sales, client success, or digital services
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident, and approachable demeanor
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong sense of follow-up discipline
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys connecting people with the right tools
  • Curiosity about the detailing, paint protection, and coatings industry is a plus (but not required)
  • A passion for helping small business owners grow their brands and succeed online
