How to Ensure You Are Getting Form Submissions

If you're not receiving form submissions it's most likely because our mail is being filtered as spam. This is an error with your email provider sometimes. This is not an error with the website. Our suggestion is to at the very least white list the IP and email below.

Solution

1. Check your spam folder
2. Make sure to white list or allow list the IP addresses 167.89.22.215 and 149.72.216.48 in your email provider's settings
3. Gmail instructions for IP listing
4. Add no-reply@multiscreensite.com to your email white list / allow list
5. Gmail instructions for white listing this email
6. Test the form on a new page
7. Contact your email provider
8. Make sure there is not a custom script interfering with your contact form
