Insert Lead Connector (Go High Level) Form on Your Site
How to Connect Your Website Form to Google Sheets and Go High Level (LeadConnector)
If you’re a Detailer’s Roadmap client — great news! We’ve already taken care of the hard part.
Your website form is fully connected to a Google Sheet behind the scenes. Every time someone fills out your form, their information is:
- Automatically saved in a private Google Sheet
- Ready to be pushed into your CRM (Go High Level / LeadConnector)

Here’s how to access that Sheet and link it to Go High Level in just a few quick steps.
β Step 1: Log Into Your Website
- Head over to your Detailer’s Roadmap website dashboard and log in with your credentials.
- Once logged in, go to comments tool bar.
Look for the comment we’ve added that says:
“π Form Connection Google Sheet” - Copy that webhook URL — you’ll use it in the next step.
Once it is installed, we will inform you via our site comment system.
π² Step 2: Connect Leads to Go High Level (LeadConnector)
To automatically send new form submissions to your Go High Level account, follow these steps using Zapier (or ask us to set this up for you).
Using Zapier:
- Go to Zapier.com and create a new Zap.
- Choose Google Sheets as your trigger app.
- Event: New Spreadsheet Row
- Connect your Google account and select the Google Sheet we gave you.
- Then, for the action step:
- App: LeadConnector (Go High Level)
- Event: Create/Update Contact
- Connect your LeadConnector account.
- Map the fields (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).
- (Optional) Assign a tag, pipeline, or workflow inside Go High Level.
β Test it — your Go High Level dashboard should now show the new lead!
- Head over to your Detailer’s Roadmap website dashboard and log in with your credentials.
- Once logged in, go to comments tool bar.
Look for the comment we’ve added that says:

Once it is installed, we will inform you via our site comment system.
Alert: Using a 3rd party form like Lead Connector will remove and stop our form reporting data and disconnect CRM integrations from our website system. This is because the new form is operating the data, which we cannot see. For a reconnection to your CRM, contact your provider.
Best of Both Worlds
You can connect our website form into Go High Level / Lead Connector via Zapier. You would need to connect your GHL administrator to assist in connecting our website form API/Google sheets to zap into GHL.
Option 2: Instructions to Install a GHL or Lead Connector Form
- Get the code Contact your provider for the script/iframe code to install on the contact page.
- Email the code to webdev@8bitcreative.com
- Insert your business name in subject line: <Your Business Name> Contact Page Form Code
- In the body, please provide any additional instruction. Most people need it on the contact page. "Please install this on the contact page"
