Integrate Lead Connector (Go High Level) With Your Roadmap Site

How It Works

When someone submits your website form:

1. The form captures the lead information
2. A webhook sends the data to your CRM
3. The contact is created or updated in Go High Level
   

✅Step 1: Create an Inbound Webhook in Go High Level

In Go High Level:

1. Go to Automation → Workflows
2. Click Create Workflow
3. Select Start from Scratch
4. Click Add Trigger
5. Choose Inbound Webhook
6. Copy the Webhook URL that is generated
7. Click Save Trigger

This webhook URL is what your website form will send submissions to.

📲 Step 2: Map Form Fields Inside the Workflow

After creating the webhook trigger:

1. Add a workflow action:
   Create / Update Contact
2. Map the incoming webhook data to contact fields, such as:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Note: email or phone will be required to match and update an existing contact

In Go High Level, you’ll select values from the Inbound Webhook data fields when mapping. This step tells Go High Level how to store the form submission data. 

Step 3: Comment the Webhook URL on Your Website Form(s)

Each form must be connected individually. If you have multiple forms, you'll need multiple webhook URLS. For every form you want connected:

1. Find form in your Detailers Roadmap website editor
2. Create a new comment on top of the form you'd like to track. Comment "Add Webhook URL: <<PASTE URL HERE>>"
3. We'll take care of the rest. Once you get the resolved comment email, you'll be free to start testing.
   

Option 2: Instructions to Install a GHL or Lead Connector Form

1. Get the code Contact your provider for the script/iframe code to install on the contact page.
2. Email the code to webdev@8bitcreative.com
3. Insert your business name in subject line: <Your Business Name> Contact Page Form Code
4. In the body, please provide any additional instruction. Most people need it on the contact page. "Please install this on the contact page"

Once it is installed, we will inform you via our site comment system.

Alert: Using a 3rd party form like Lead Connector will remove and stop our form reporting data and disconnect CRM integrations from our website system. This is because the new form is operating the data, which we cannot see. For a reconnection to your CRM, contact your provider.

Best of Both Worlds You can connect our website form into Go High Level / Lead Connector via Zapier. You would need to connect your GHL administrator to assist in connecting our website form API/Google sheets to zap into GHL.
