What are some things I can add to my website using my hours?
- You can add a pop-up for when someone goes to the website! An example would be a photo of you/the team with the message: “We are Bill’s Auto Spa, and it's our mission to provide your vehicle enhancement services to the highest level.” You can make it as personal as you want. Just comment exactly what you would like this pop-up to say, along with the photo you want to be showcased! We have tested these pop-ups and have seen great results in helping with conversion!
- A blog page! You can add a blog page if you or an employee want to blog weekly on the website. We give you full access to go there whenever you want to blog. It costs nothing, as we can add this page using your hours. If you want to add this, just comment on the website that you would like a blog page, and we will add it!
- Business updates throughout the year Examples: Updates to your detailing packages, refresh photos that better show off your team performing services, videos showing off the process of a specific service, integration a new CRM
What can I do to help utilize my website as a tool?
- Google Reviews & Responses
- Google increased the authority of Google Reviews and the responsiveness of your business! Ask for a review of any service that you perform. Also, respond to every Google Review you get, good or bad. Google is starting to look more at business responsiveness on Google business profiles. Make it EASY for your customers to leave a review. Provide customers with a direct link to leave a review. Let your customers know that their feedback and opinions matter and can greatly impact your business.
- Google Business Updates
- This is something else Google looks at. We recommend doing this 3-5 times a week at the least, even if it's just a couple of paragraphs with some photos. This can increase traffic to your Google Business page and website over time.
