CHALLENGES

  • Inadequate staff size
  • Inadequate location
  • Lack of skilled labor

David Cabellero studied IT but decided to open his own business seven years ago. Currently, his shop specializes in PPFs, ceramic coatings, window tinting, and some detailing. He is excited to share his experiences as he prepares to move to a larger location and expand his services.

David is currently juggling multiple responsibilities. He oversees the detailing work and handles business operations and marketing. It's a lot on his plate.

David is still doing the PPF work himself because he hasn't found anyone reliable enough to delegate it to. The limited space in the shop also poses a challenge, as adding more people would lead to congestion. Despite this, David is considering expanding his business and finding someone to take over the PPF work to maximize his time and increase revenue.

With David's impressive 80% close rate, it's essential for him to scale his business by stepping away from the shop. By hiring someone to handle the PPF work, David can focus on bringing in more customers and further growing his business.

Currently, David is in the process of finding a new location for his business, as their current spot has become problematic and overcrowded. They've had their eyes on a new place that recently became available after the previous occupants were asked to vacate the premises due to their chaotic operations.

After conversing with Barry, Kevin & Grant, David announces his goals that he wants to achieve in the calendar year. David & DAC want to increase their monthly revenue to $100,000, expand to 3 locations and increase the skill of their staff.

David's episode will be released December 19th, 2023 on
YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify & wherever you get your podcasts.
